Productive EuroMRD meeting and ESLHO Symposium in Brno

In the first week of November, we experienced an inspiring EuroMRD meeting during the yearly ESLHO Week — bringing together the three consortia EuroFlow, EuroClonality, and EuroMRD, along with several subgroups within and across them, in Brno, Czech Republic.

The highlight was the 14th ESLHO Symposium, themed “Consortium-overarching concepts for the development of combined cellular and molecular diagnostics.” The program featured three dynamic sections: Technical advances, New tools and results, and Future studies.

Speakers from all consortia, across Europe and Brasil, shared their latest insights and findings — not only to present their work, but to inspire collaboration and spark new ideas for the future. This year also marked a record number of posters, introduced through engaging blitz presentations — a fantastic opportunity for both seasoned and young scientists to showcase their projects.

We look back on an inspiring week of science and collaboration, and we’re already looking forward to the next Open ESLHO Symposium in Leiden, The Netherlands, in 2026!
